TheWoWDBJust to clarify, this quest's requirements for Orgrimmar (week 2 if you started immediately) have progressed, compared to week 1 in Stormwind.
Rather than all four areas, now *only* the 2 Lost areas (Valley of Wisdom and Valley of Honor) count, so a full clear will net you 2 [item=242648] instead of 4.
You WILL get bloods for:
- Helping Geya'rah kill mobs, 2 mini bosses, and 1 area boss (Valley of Wisdom).
- Killing Rexxar and his pets (Valley of Honor).
You will NOT get bloods for:
- Helping Zekhan remove the totems, free his pals, and kill an area boss (Valley of Spirits).
- Helping Garona to check for survivors and then killing an area boss (The Drag).
No masks required and the bloods will be in the chest you open at the end, after you kill Thrall (Grommash Hold).

Quest appears to be time-gated and won't be available until the second week of Visions possibly (5/27/2025), nice Blizzard!
Timegating these events immediately kills any sort of excitement players may feel. I guess they don't care as long as their "keep monthly subs" requirements get met. It's honestly kind of disgusting.

Description
Welcome back adventurer. I have made a new discovery but I need to test it out. Hidden in the Lost areas of the Horrific Visions I believe is a rare black blood coagulate. This might be the key to increasing the power of the corruption effects... in a safe way. If you can go into these areas and find this item and also bring me back more displaced corrupted mementos I should be able to increase the potency of the corruption effects.
