Excavation: Buried in the Riverbed

Can't figure out what to do for this quest? Yay! You're not alone!

1. Go to a yellow dot on your mini map and look for a dirt cloud on the ground.
2. Click the Archivist's Water Totem icon (either from your bags or the icon beside the world quest itself). This will spawn a water elemental beside your character along with a physical totem on the ground.
3. Now click the physical totem beside your character on the ground - this will make the water elemental unearth an artifact from the dirt cloud.
4. Click on the artifact - if it's a fake artifact you'll just be able to loot the item. If it's a real artifact you'll have to play the mini game of keeping the elements balanced by either clicking on the totem to add water or clicking on the ground to add more earth. Now spam the artifact on the ground while the elements are balanced until the yellow bar over the artifact is filled to 100%.
5. Repeat this until you unearth 2 artifacts.

Note: You MUST play the mini game to get the 2 artifacts.

Would been nice if the others who noticed just straight up told that

EDIT: Didn't trigger though so seems bugged

I occasionally have trouble with this particular WQ where the elemental doesn't correctly channel the disturbed earth after the totem is clicked. Leaving the area and immediately returning didn't fix it. Leaving to do something else and returning ~15 minutes later did.
