TheWoWDBJust a heads up that this quest appears to be a bottleneck for a lot of Class Hall features. So if you're wondering why you're only getting low level missions and no new Class Hall quests, you may have this quest in your log waiting to be done.
I didn't realize I was missing a second set of those recruitable followers like the acolytes and many other features because in the past skipping dungeon quests didn't hold everything up like this.

If it's not clear: you turn the completed quest into Velen, in your order hall.
For anyone having trouble finding the quest giver [npc=110687] if you dropped the quest, she may be nowhere to be found if you already recruited her as a champion and she is out on a mission. When the mission is complete she should be back in Netherlight Temple on the platform above [npc=116153].

Description
We have what we need to create Velen's elixir, but in order for others to be able to witness his vision, we'll need to find something that can be used to project images from the mind. A lens from the nearby naga should work well, but I don't think they're going to be too eager to give it up.
