Very good idea from Blizzard to add the "Wrath of Azshara slain" to the quest to prevent people leaving after the first boss! :)
Remember that this quest was originally given to you by [npc=98964], a little west of the Illidari Stand Flight Point.
/way Azsuna 47.5, 44.2 Celea <Leatherworker>
After completing the dungeon portion, turn the quest in to HER.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please DO NOT "turn the quest into her" as then we'd have TWO Celeas and no Eye of Azshara: Scales of the Sea quest.
Wish Blizzard would hire a few more "t-crossing, i-dotting, picky perfectionists" so that things like putting the quest completion "?" at the correct place on my minimap could get done more often.

Description
When we first met, I spoke of the naga, and the armor they're able to craft. No grander armor is worn, however, than by their top warlords. One in particular resides within the Eye of Azshara itself. His name is Warlord Parjesh, and the hauberk he wears is one of legend. Repel his forces, and obtain his armor. Do this, and I will teach you more of the Azsunian way of leatherworking.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Inside the dungeon: Eye of Azshara
Amidst outlying shoals off the coast of Azsuna, an ancient source of power lies beneath the waves. Long ago, the power of Queen Azshara extended throughout these lands, and the naga seeking the Tidestone of Golganneth still act at her behest.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Scales of the Arcane
In my experience, dragon scale has been the strongest material I've ever had the privilege of working with. It's hard, durable and very little can go a long way. I wish to work with it again, <name>. Being in this form, I'm bound to this area, unable to experience the world any longer.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Scales of the Earth
While leather armor is strong on its own, integrating scales into the design is what truly sets it apart. The type of scales you use will determine how many you'll need to fully protect the wearer. And one of the strongest type of scales are basilisk scales.
