TheWoWDBI looked everywhere for the "lens," but didn't find it. (I think I just GAVE it to him ... right?) Eventually, I just right-clicked to the right of Velen, and then could see the vision. DOH!

All his dialogue on this quest is about walking in the Light. I'm specced Discipline right now so okay, but does he say anything different to shadow priests? Seems kinda weird to go "you will bring all together under the Light!" when you're burning with purple void energy haha. Especially when a shadow priest going a little nuts is what kicked off this little chain in the first place.
I hate that there are so many vague quests that require a Wowhead search to know what to do. For this quest, right click on Prophet Velen and tell him to begin the ritual. He'll move towards the Alter of Light and Shadow and stop. In front of him is a yellow ball, that you TOTALLY wouldn't see because of camera angles (again, wtg, Blizz). Click the yellow ball.

I have everything I need to bring forth a vision, but the question remains: are you ready to witness it? Even the smallest glimpse into the future can weigh heavy on your soul. Once I ingest the elixir, the vision will come quickly. Gazing into the Lens of the Tides will allow you to see what I see. Let me know when you are ready to begin.

We have what we need to create Velen's elixir, but in order for others to be able to witness his vision, we'll need to find something that can be used to project images from the mind. A lens from the nearby naga should work well, but I don't think they're going to be too eager to give it up.
