You have to get on top of Nashal tower, the entrance is near the questgiver, just look left. When you get there loot two big gems - [item=132769]. You'll also get Going Up achievement.

If you are blind like me, get in the cave behind the npc (a bit to his left) and then keep moving straight and you will actually find a path that will lead you to the top.

Description
Masterful shadowruby... a good choice. Before we can cut, though, we need gems. Here stands a giant statue of Nashal, an ancient vrykul. Laid in its eye sockets are two of the stones we need. Ascend the statue, take its jeweled eyes, and return them to Jabrul.
