TheWoWDB[item=129910] is up the mountain in Stormheim at 46.1, 33.7. It's hard to explain where it is, if you go up the mountain don't take the left turn until you see a rock wall (not hill) the turn after a rock wall is the one with the knife, it's after the dragons nest.

If you pay attention to the whole chain you'll see that she hates him. It's a comedy play on Principal Seymour Skinner and his disapproving mother Agnes from The Simpsons.

Description
The other day, Mother and I were up at the top of the nearby mountain, and she threw her skinning knife at me because the view wasn't good enough. Her knife is still up there, somewhere. I'd feel horrible just leaving it.
