TheWoWDBIn order to get credit for killing this guy (and the other guys in the quest chain) you want to hit/tag them first OR do a lot of damage during the fight. On my third try going through the dungeon, I finally figured that out. You can still get credit if you didn't tag the guy first, just go all out with damage and you'll get credit for killing him. Oh and, he's in the circle room.

Description
It appears that Lord Walden has finally taken notice to our presence and has heightened his defenses. It's worthless really... nothing will deter our pack. The path ahead to him is rife with powerful Scourge minions, but I trust that you will be able to clear the path for the rest of us to follow in. Once we kill Walden, it should be a straight shot to his cowardly leader.

Looming over Pyrewood Village from the southern bluffs of Silverpine Forest, Shadowfang Keep casts a shadow as dark as its legacy. Sinister forces occupy these ruins, formerly the dwelling of the mad archmage Arugal's worgen.

Sadly, I didn't get credit for killing him. Only two of us ran through. Unable to reset dungeon. Writing a ticket.
Quest still bugged. Solo'd him and killed him with 4 hits. No credit.
