After killing five or six of the infected riverbeast's by the quest giver, I moved up river by (54, 50). There you will find uninfected riverbeasts; the first one I killed granted me the heart.
Riverbeast Heart drops from: Twilight Riverbeast
Swamplighter Venom drops from: Swamplighter Drone. They can be found in the cave where you need to complete Swamplighter Queen
Riotvine drops drops from: Riot Blossom
Moonlit Herb grows on the rocks.
The Riverbeast Heart will eventually drop. Just keep killing.
