If you're facing Commander Molotov, the mortar guns that you can mount are directly to your right. There's a dirt path. You do not have to go kite the naga mobs to the mines.
Took me forever to figure out.
Remember! Look for mountable mortar guns!

These seem to be bugged for me right now. I've done the quest before on at least 2 toons with no issue, but right now when I hop in the mortars and try to aim them (right mouse drag) it aims straight down, not able to hit any of the naga. It's happening with every mortar in the area.
I found one that I can jump in and it aims into the valley where the naga are, and I can use the turn keys to move side to side, but if go up and down it bugs out again.
Long story short, if the cannons are aiming straight down, jump in one and DON'T use the mouse, just turn side to side or simply spam at wherever the default target is.
Ner'zhul US, if that makes any difference.
The mortars are at 31,58 for those of you who want coords. :)

What to do
Description
Hey bud! Like explosions? Of course you do. Who doesn't like explosions?! I've got mortars set up on the ridge to the east to hold the naga back. Go forth, recruit. Mortar them... mortar them all! Ahahahah.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Military Breakthrough
We've lost contact with Sergeant Dynamo, stationed at the next ridge to the north of the central minefield. They were probably overrun. He had our last SFG. Go over there and get it back. Clear out any naga that have broken through while you're there.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- In The Face!
The naga are using those giants to stamp paths through our minefields. Time to put that SFG to use! Head over to the entrance to the southern minefield - I think you can figure out the rest.
