If you are on this quest, and start up the one where you rescue Mekkatorque, the NPC moves and knows nothing about this quest. You have to complete Mekkatorque, then she moves back and you can turn it in.
Cant seem to turn this in. There is a question mark on my map but noone is there and I am not phased
