TheWoWDBIf you're trying to do this quest but aren't getting any of the Skeletal Mudskippers you need, you might be phased out in an area where they don't spawn. Move a bit further away from Nurakkir, the fallen necropolis that houses the House of Eyes portal. If you see enemies phase in then you'll be in the right spot.

Unlike previous fishing world quests there are no actual pools to fish from. Just fish from the water (aka green liquid) where the world quest is and you'll eventually get the fish you need. Takes a bit.
In order to do the fishing WQ, a SL fishing skill of 25 is required. This can be from +fishing skill items. However, without the items equipped, the WQ does not show on the map - go figure...
