No follow up quest currently. The suspense is killing me.
Since no other comments seem to address this, for the follow up quest and the end of the war questline after choosing loyalty to Sylvanas, go back to the port at Zuldazar and pick up Righting Wrongs from Bluffwatcher Proudscar at the beginning of the dock to the Banshee's Wail. After you go visit Baine in Tiragarde Sound, you return to Nathanos Blightcaller. He will end up sending you back to Baine to continue along the questline with Ships in the Night.
Another commenter on this thread has this quest line identified well, too.
