Ugh, I'm inside Grommash Hold, Lady Sylvanas Windrunner is here, and she does not let me turn in the quest to her. Another bug report to Blizzard...

Edit: so it turns out that this was apparently because I had the Saurfang quest of 8.1 in my log also. Even though I had turned it in, Sylvanas wasn't letting me turn in this quest. When I left Grommash Hold to just outside the door and went right back in, she let me turn in the quest.

Description

We have raised new champions for the Horde, established footholds on Kul Tiran soil, and stolen one of their precious artifacts. We hold greater power and sway over our enemies than we have before. Sylvanas has great plans for our Horde, {name}. I will allow you the pleasure of reporting our victories to her personally.
