So you're trying to figure out how to get the new player housing decor item that this quest rewards.
Then you should probably be aware that this quest and the entire chain leading up to it is Tauren race locked. Which means if you don't already have one, then you will have to create a new Tauren toon from scratch to do this quest.
Just to add, Poison Water begins in Mulgore (outside of Thunder Bluff) with Mull Thunderhorn at /way 48.60, 59.94

What to do
Description
Much has changed outside of Mulgore, {name}. The world is torn, and our Horde allies have turned down dark paths. We must guide them. Even in the darkest hour, we will bravely hold our heads high, and honor the Earth Mother in all we do. You must go, {name}, and be this example. Go to Orgrimmar. Tell Saurfang how the Grimtotem were driven out. Let him know our pride and discipline, our strength and sorrow. Tal at the Skytower will send you on your way. Go in peace, and never forget your people.
