Forge a Pact is a quest for level 80, added in The War Within. It rewards 14,700 experience.
Let us renew your Pact.
Remember, you may only enter a Pact with one of the Severed Threads at a time. These contracts are temporary, though, so you will have many opportunities to prove yourself to all three.

For those wanting to target the faction with the lowest rep but don't know what their ranks are, see below:
Stranger (0-2499)
Acquaintance (2500-4999)
Crony (5000-7499)
Accomplice (7500-9999)
Collaborator (10000-12499)
Accessory (12500-14999)
Abettor (15000-17499)
Conspirator (17500-19999)
Mastermind (20000)
Make sure you have NO PACT QUESTS from last week on any of your alts.
I had one leftover I'd forgotten about... once I cleared it, I could pick any of the three.
I think it needs to have a pop-up that says "One or more of your warband currently have a pact with another faction." or something like that. Instead it says nothing and we have no idea why we are stuck with the same pact.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #2255 55.3 41.2
TheWoWDB/way #2255 55.3 41.2Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Azj-Kahet, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Azj-Kahet:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
