TheWoWDBIt looks like they relocated [npc=154920]. The guy is NOT underwater anymore. The entrance to its cave is above water some ways to the north. You'll know you got the right cave, when you spot a few Serpents in the way.

A walkover with a x3 MOTH TEAM .. all set to Alpha Strike, Cocoon Strike, Moth Dust.
If you have SPEED moths, then use Alpha Strike first for the extra damage buff, then Cocoon strike and Moth Dust. Following up with Alpha Strike as a filler.
Wether I was lucky or not, Knifefang seemed to miss a couple of times. Only lost 1 Moth and 230 hp damage on the 2nd one.
