I'm imagining Blizz spitballing this quest.
"Hey, we should make a quest where you play with the otters!"
"Hell yeah, sounds cool! How would it work?"
"Uh, ok, go to this place and target an otter."
"Ok, got it. What next?"
"Um, hit an action button?"
"Aight, that's standard quest mechanics, what next?"
"Stand there and wait."
"What?"
"Yeah, just stand there and wait. Maybe 30 seconds? Just stand there."
"...Okay..."
"Then look for a thing on the ground somewhere, stand in it, and voila! You played with the otters."
"That's... it?"
"Well, um, yeah, I guess that's too easy. How about if sometimes you stand in the thing and it still doesn't work? Ooh and ok we can make it harder because you can't play with the same otter. Gotta go mount up and find another one."
"Brilliant! Stand around, wait, maybe don't get anything, now you gotta find something else, that sounds perfect! Send it to print!"
...Because, you know, that's EXACTLY what comes to mind when you tell me that I get to play with adorable fuzzy animals. Hit a single button, stand around, wait, get %^&ed, move on.
Too easy. At 58. 52., theres the waterfall and 3 otters around. One of the otters is on the big rock right by the fall. The others in the pool below. Stand on the small rock right below the first otter. When you throw to him, he throws it right back to your spot on the small rock. Turn, throw to the two swimming around, they throw it right back to you on the small rock. rotate twice, get trinket...
