So I got frustrated trying to start Dealic research because I had to open the console to satisfy the quest, THEN close the console, THEN click and complete the "?" quest first, THEN open the console again, THEN click on Dealic Research, THEN click "Okay" on the confirmation dialogue.
If you open the console, click on the research and confirm BEFORE turning in the quest, you haven't started actually researching.
Be warned.
