The Hozen (monkey) Barrel Bandits you need to kill are outside of the Brewfest area. Go down to where the ram races start and cross the road behind Haru the Pandaran noodle vendor and her wagon. Kill them, loot the bags then return the bags of Brewfest Ingredients to the Ingredient Wagon in the main Brewfest area. The special action button marked ''deposit resources'' will appear when you're near the wagon (approx. 56:36) at the edge of the Brewfest main area near a large-ish campfire. Click the special button 5 times, complete the quest and turn it in to Gritta Brewstone near the Brewfest Podium.

Description
Ah, ye're here! Brewfest is here and we've got a small problem. We can't have a proper feast without the food, but some pesky hozen thought it'd be fun to steal our bags of grub. I'm sure they're just lookin' to fill their own bellies, but it's messin' up our plans! So here's what I need ye to do: hunt down those hozen and take back the bags they've snatched. There's a good chance ye'll find a few bags just sittin' on the ground too. When ye return, just add the recovered bags to that wagon back there.
