1. Obtain this quest
2. Obtain quest "Menacing Marshfangs" ( http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9791 )
3. Head to The Dead Mire
4. Find Sporewing (Spawns at 76, 45 every time)
Now, the quickest way to do this is to kill Sporewing, obviously, and then wait for him to respawn. My luck with the Spore Bat Eyes killing *just* Sporewing over and over again was approximately 60%*. It didn't take me long to figure out that this mob has a 150 second (2.5 minute) respawn. Every time you kill him (Or any regular Spore Bat), you receive a buff called "Energizing Spores", which lasts 5 minutes. As soon as you kill Sporewing, either find Fen Striders or Marshfang Rippers. You will be able to kill approximately 1-2 of either of these mobs before Sporewing respawns, depending on what's around and how fast your mount is. When your buff reads 3 minutes left, go back to his respawn, and he either should respawn shortly, or he just got there. Either way, you're almost guaranteed the kill. Rinse, lather, repeat. You'll have both quests done within the hour*.
5. Chances are, you'll have the eyes finished before you have the tentacles, so finish up the Fen Striders, which drop chance isn't nearly as painful as regular Spore Bats.
