The quickest way is to fly to Ironhorn Enclave. Follow the path and cross the first bridge and jump/slide/glide down into the ravine to the cave entrance at loc 52, 80. This way you don't have to run past Frostshard.
Another quest that is a Blizzard WQ map icon location fail. Thank goodness theres Wowhead to counter their lack of user friendliness
