To get there fly to Stonehoof Watch, then take the southern exit. There is a snowy path on the right going up into the mountains past a giant dragon skeleton. Follow the path up until you are at the cave entrance at 52.1 79.7.
The quickest way is to fly to Ironhorn Enclave. Follow the path and cross the first bridge and jump/slide/glide down into the ravine to the cave entrance at loc 52, 80. This way you don't have to run past Frostshard.
Another quest that is a Blizzard WQ map icon location fail. Thank goodness theres Wowhead to counter their lack of user friendliness
