TheWoWDBYes it's located near Ironhorn Enclave, no you are not heading back down or across any bridges. From the flight point head south towards the slope that looks like it dead ends. There is a path that I overlooked the first 3 times I passed it that heads up to a cave.

When you take the flightpath to Ironhorn Enclave just follow the foot of the mountain, the mountain being on your left hand side. Quite close to the edge you'll see a narrow path leading up to a cave to the left. I spent quite some time looking for this one myself. I can also note that mining these ores gives you mining skill :)
