This looks like it's a breadcrumb quest. I missed it on my previous campaign playthrough. On the second playthrough, I kept an eye on when it pops up, and it looks like it's right after The First Cleansing
Anyone know when this quest appears? I have had 2 characters miss this quest, and I only noticed it was missing after a friend I was questing with told me he had it. It says it starts at this object but I cannot seem to find it

Simply follow the path north and bear to the right at the crossroads. Kalisthene will personally greet all new arrivals for this most joyous of occasions!
