TheWoWDBSo there's clearly a bug with Sika the quest giver. Perhaps it's related to the world quest happening in the same place. She dissapears and randomly spawns back after 15 minutes-ish. Just wait in the spot a lil bit. You can try relogging but if you wait there it will most definetely spawn back.

Description
