TheWoWDBWowhead lists Den of Wolves as the followup to this one, but you will probably do it first. (Without Den of Wolves, you probably wouldn't get to Wor'gol, where this one is offered.) But the order Wowhead lists them in is the only way the flavor text for Den of Wolves makes sense, because it refers to the player having already completed the ritual (touching the shamanstone and joining the pack), which is what you do in this quest.
Apparently someone at Blizzard changed things (during Beta?) or got a bit confused when they were designing these quests.

Might just be area 52 or launch day, but Farseer Drek'Thar is not in Wor'Gol like the map says. I typed /tar far and nothing is targeted.
He is down in the pool of visions and does not accept my turn in.
