Idol Searching

First part takes you to the Ohn'ahran Plains.

Have your [item=208092] activated and stand near the Braziers. A beam will connect you to the brazier.
After a few seconds, a magnifying glass over your head appears. This is telling you that you are finished with this particular brazier.
Nothing to click, no confirmation other than that (that I noticed)

After that, loot the statue next to Brazier #4 and get [item=208145] that starts the quest An Idol in Hand.

Get back to [npc=206864], return the quest An Idol in Hand for which you receive [item=207730].
Accept the quest Using the Idol from [npc=206864].
Use [item=207730] you just gained in your toybox (optional?)

So if I start looking today, I don't have the torch and can't progress?

Since I had already received the "Idol of Ohn'ahra" from participating in the WoW 20th anniversary quest chain, this quest did not pop for me at all. I found that all I needed to do was go directly to Ohn'ahra and use the Torch on the braziers to obtain the item and receive the followup quest. This was a problem as it felt like a break in the chain and I couldn't continue. No, it's just I already had the idol in my toy collection so the quest from Tithris just didn't show. Hope this helps.
