If At First You Fail, Try Again!

I completed the naval mission and it failed as expected. When Merreck gave me "If at first you fail, try again!" I quickly ran down to the dry dock as instructed but there was no Yanas Seastrike waiting for me. Tried /reload UI but nothing. Logged all the way out of the game and exited. Logged back in and when the screen loaded he was standing there.
Make sure you don't build a third ship/second destroyer until you've lost the first one and started this quest or you'll fail again and be unable to proceed any further into the quest lines.

Description
Looks like that Submarine had a bit more firepower than we thought! They used First Strike to hit us before we even saw it coming. Losing ships is a part of naval battles, Commander. Luckily, we were prepared for this exact sort of situation. Speak with Yanas down at the dry docks, he should be able to help us quickly produce another Destroyer. Head back here when the ship is complete, we will have a new mission ready for you.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
