These bubbles are invisible but for a feint circular wall of light.

Cannot seem to find this guy at your specified location using carbonite for coordinates. running around like a crazy person on this question mark and he just won't show up same for Za'Tual and Path of the Mistwalker those talk to NPCs just won't show up for me
