Description

This guy just won't go down!

You're doin' great, kid. Only one thing left to do.

According to my research, there should be a titan statue down below. Use the device to activate it, then break it down.

If my theory is correct, that statue holds the key to reactivating this obelisk.

After you pick up this quest, you will move east a bit to the enterance to the chamber. Use your Titan Device to active the guard. Avoid most of his fire spells, click on the meteor after he casts them (usually he will throw a spell on you that increases your movement as a headsup just before meteor) 5 or so will bring him down. Collect the item and fly up to the quest turn in - in the same room.
