This quest line starts with Captain Elleane Wavecrest at Violet Rise in Isle of Thunder. It is a daily and does not show up every day. It took me about a week before it showed up.
great, because you NEED this quest because otherwise you can't get the saurok disguise which you NEED to finish a completely unrelated quest. What a poor design.
Despite common belief, this is NOT a one-time quest.
