Man. I play this game to get away from work, and yet here's a familiar situation: some lazy good-for-nothing who takes credit for all my work gets promoted to upper management.
You get this quest from Nana Mudclaw.
Farmer Yoon will accept the offer but since " I don't think I'll have time to work for The Council and run Sunsong Ranch" he will gifting the ranch to you. "You are in charge now"
There is a book inside the house, "Farmer's Journal", acting as an Innkeeper, where you can set up your new Home location.
The option to take over the farm is available to characters that are exalted with the Tillers and have unlocked all 16 farm plots.
