In the horde version, he is found at the Dawnchaser Retreat, which is west of the Temple of the Red Crane.
I've completed the Kang Bramblestaff quest chain and have a question mark at Thunder Cleft, but he isnt there. I've checked Dawnstrider retreat and the Sentinel Basecamp but dont see him anywhere. I even put in a ticket and they sent me to a link with no comments .......so basically useless. I saw some people stating to turn in Four Valley quests but I've done them all as well,

Description
Kang's pride regularly becomes overconfidence, which often leads him down dangerous paths. His current path is as dangerous as any - he is headed deep into the Krasarang Wilds. I wouldn't normally ask a favor of a stranger, but... would you make sure that he is well? It would give me relief to know that a brave {race} was looking out for him.
