Into the Wilds (ID 30178)

Into the Wilds is an Alliance-only quest for level 15-35 in Krasarang Wilds. It is step 26 of 59 in the Krasarang Wilds storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Krasarang Wilds at 44.2, 42.9. It rewards 4,800 experience and money.

Description

Deep in the wilds, on the southern coast where the Krasarang River meets the sea, rests the Temple of the Red Crane, home of the great Chi-Ji and his most devout followers.

They should be told of what happened here.

If you're headed that way, I have a favor to ask; We often send supplies to the temple, but our last courier has not returned. Please look for signs of him as you travel - where the road forks at the Dojani River, he'd have gone south. When you reach the temple, find Koro Mistwalker.

[npc=59151], when clicked on during Into the Wilds:

The courier must have died of his wounds after what looks to have been a brutal struggle.

Uhm... yeah, I'll say... considering he's INSIDE a tiger.
He looks like he was literally fused to a tiger's neck and abdomen, on its right side.
I would agree that is indeed "brutal".

Joined so I could "mark helpful" the above comment from hostinginbg, but cant cause im not rated, so posting.

Into the wilds slightly buggy, had to pick up the quest twice. Fist time clicked on the dead courier, finished quest - nothing happened. Seemed to get a second quest with the same name back at Zhu's Watch.
