With the updated legendary quest markers in 10.1 it's not clear that this is a repeatable quest, along with Runescale Koi and Starlight Rose.
You have to turn in 100 of any of the items in any combination, so go for whatever is cheapest on the AH (unless you have 100 Leyblood sitting around for some reason).
