The fish spawn in "Lively Runescale Koi School" and you can only catch 1 fish/pool. There's about 6-10 pools at a time and everytime you succesfully fish from a pool, a new one spawns somewhere in the area.The quest itself gives you 20x Runescale Koi but no reputation. Once you finish the quest, you can't see the pools anymore.
