Vulla says: Oh not again...Loola, I'm right here. I'm not a toad...for Light's sake.
Old Loola says: I don't know...seems suspicious. Maybe I should kiss a couple toads just to be sure.

Clearly, that story about finding her "lost love" is a lie. The real issue is that Loola has a strong addiction to licking toads.
Vulaa should get her psychological help and maybe some marriage counselling to get to the bottom of her hidden traumas.

The Muddy Toads are difficult to see; they are located underwater in greenish-yellow mounds. Interact/cogwheel with them to collect the 5 needed for the quest.

Oh it was horrible. My husband and I were fishing in the marsh, I fell asleep and when I woke up he had been turned into a toad! I'm sure it was one of those Shadowmoon orcs I hear so much about. He jumped into the muddy waters before I could catch him. Will you help me find my lost love, {class}?
