TheWoWDBIf you cant see Ve'nari (and are in between campaign quests), make sure that you have picked up the campaign in Tazavesh that follows after you receive the quest to kill Dimensius.
The new quest will guide you back to the Oasis where a guardian of the Om cartel will inform you that Ve'nari is absent.
You'll have to fulfill one order to clean up the oasis (means proceed in the campaign). After you turn in that quest, Ve'nari will be back again and you can turn in your deposit-quest as well.

Seems like you only get 23g every time you turn this in. Not really sure what the point is.
Not apparent for the first week or two of K'aresh, this is a part of Ecological Succession . Do not turn in until you've completed at least one portion of the Otherworldly Ecologist achievement, unless you think 20g is a good tradeoff.
Once you've unlocked the weekly hub, each turn in for 'Making a Deposit' grants 20% of your weekly goal.
