The objectives ("Siege Parts") for this quest aren't too easy to find.
There are only few of them and each one can only be inspected once. These are the six I know about:
88.3 52.2 down in the "yard", leaning next to one of the parking Pulverizers
87.3 53.0 across from the first one, on a resting place (table)
87.0 55.3 near the crossroad south to the yard, next to two iron star chariots
85.0 55.0 straight west of the 3rd, two ramps up near the Bonfire
83.4 55.8 follow the ramp to the southwest, grille plating right in your face
82.8 57.1 up the ramp to the southwest, a sized "cylindrical" object
It could still be a mild reference, you know.. Thaelin's a dwarf or should I say he's the Dark Iron Dwarf after all..

Description
I don't get it - most of the Iron Horde junk is about as advanced as strapping cannons to a gronn. Even the drill itself is nothing special. But that induction system was a work of art... This don't add up at all! Despite my better judgment, I gotta find out who made this. I wanna look at more of what they got in the Iron Siegeworks, see if anything's been signed. <Gazlowe pats the sack of coins on his belt.> Whaddaya say? Wanna be my bodyguard?
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- WANTED: Overlord Blackhammer
So, we COULD just leave now. We got what we came for, and I even did a little charity work to help Thaelin escape. But there's also this.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Four Finger Discount
I gotta admit, establishing a supply chain to a primal world on the wrong side of time is tough, even for me. Gotta make due with, uh... "locally sourced" goods. Say what you want about the Iron Horde, but when it comes to raw materials, they got connections!
