TheWoWDBVe'nari wasn't there for me, but appearently, you need to work on the quest line starting with The Oasis, which does not become available until you have finished the campaign quests (up to and not including Manaforge Omega: Dimensius Looms) and which should not be confused with the other quest with the same name, namely The Oasis. Oh, and do not turn in the Making a Deposit until you have finished the last quest in the bee chain, so that Ecological Succession pops up!

what do you get from this other than 23 gold?
He was there before, I already turned in this quest at least 3 times for some gold. I continued the campaing up to Manaforge Omega: Dimensius Looms, got another item to turn in and now he is gone. Map shows the quest The Oasis as available in Tazavesh, so I'll have to complete this to get him back? Ve'nari means trouble in broker language, I assume :D
