My Town, It's On Fire Again is a quest for level 30-35 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
I don't know if you noticed, but my town is on fire... again.
We have water buckets all over town, but no one can get out to put out the fires. Please, please, help us!

Fire appears when Shao-Tien Pillagers live long enough to throw a molotov cocktail on the roofs. If you're doing this on a high-pop server, then God be with you.
I suggest telling the players not to kill them when you're the same action and /slap them when they're from the opposing side.
I also suggest nominating this for the worst designed quest in WoW.
Might be worth mentioning even on my high pop server, I was able to find tons of buckets at the well at 37, 73. Hope this helps you guys at least stock up on buckets when you fight for tagging the fires :)
There's a well NE of the main town behind a house up on the hill. It has 7-8 buckets spawning around it constantly, more than enough to complete the quest.
