TheWoWDBI wasn't even aware this quest existed even after levelling 2 toons to 80 and only discovered it when using the everyquest addon to see which quests i was missing in zones using the new API command to query the server for incomplete quests. Now I'm levelling a third toon I did some testing and it seems that once you have completed or have the quest The Explorers' League Outpost in your log you can't pick this quest up. I therefore abandoned the aforementioned quest and was able to pick this one up, after which i went back for the abandoned quest and was able to complete both.

Description
I see that you haven't visited my brothers at the Explorers' League Outpost south of here. Why don't you do Donny a favor and deliver this message to Stanwad. He'll be interested to hear about the activities of the iron dwarves up here. Like I said, mount up and start heading south. You'll see the outpost right before you get to Baelgun's.
