Obtaining a pound of flesh from Anton could quite possibly be a reference to Shakespeare's "The Merchant of Venice," in which Antonio must give Shylock a pound of flesh.

Anton is a L71 green flagged horde char, as such, he can and will attack allies if they pass and it could be, if you can't find him, an allie just killed him.
I found him at 52,73 having run up and down the path about 5 times without seeing him. It could be he spawns there or thereabouts. He was certainly stationary there for some time as he's still here as I talk though it might be he reset as he's chased 3 allies since I found him.
