When you get near Skorn, follow the road from the west and use the insignia to summon the questgiver on the road outside the village (as soon as it tells you you are in Skorn). Accept all of his quests at once. The best way to tackle this is to work around the outside rather than bulling through the village.

Give priority to the Towers of Certain Doom quest - using the Sergeant's Flare to call down the attack on the towers. The reason for this is the casters on the towers WILL nuke you down fast unless you get rid of them. Once the casters are gone, the ground mobs are easier to tackle.

It's worth noting that you can use the Sergeant's Flare multiple times on the same tower, so if the casters respawn you can get rid of them again.

Continue to work around the edges, burning the longhouses and barracks as you go. Don't forget to chop the corpses up as well.

Description

{name}, I must now ask you to undertake an operation so hazardous, so deadly, that only you can see it through. The vrykul fortress, Skorn, sits on our eastern border. My scouts inform me that those 'giants' are poised to strike us, and with my forces scattered all over the fjord, I don't have the men to take the place by force. Instead, you're going to use your cunning. I've sent a sergeant ahead with the details. Show this command insignia at Skorn and he'll reveal himself and follow your orders.
