I'm in love with this breadcrumb quest. I was going to farm [object=202749] down in Vashj'ir on my herb monkey, and I decided to pickup the Vashj'ir Seahorse. Trying to get through the quest chain quickly, I skipped over the rather obvious "!" indicating a quest.

When I got back to [npc=41711], he gave me this quest. It's as if the Devs, at some point, sighed and said, "I guess the bright, yellow exclamation point in the middle of the area they're questing in isn't obvious enough."

Breadcrumb quest in case you missed the Stormwind crate that, I believe, starts Helms' Deep. I think once you've done the quest chain and Nazgrim has moved to his next spawn point, this is no longer available. Not sure if it counts towards the Sinking into Vashj'ir achievement, though.
