TheWoWDBFollow the outer rim anti-clockwise until reaching a circular corridor heading upwards. You will come out in a large circular room with a big circular thing in the middle. To the rear you will find Overseer Idra'kess (80 elite) and two caster naga. Take down the two casters first then focus on Overseer Idra'kess. When he's down to half health, he will spawn a protection sphere that absorbs most of your damage and channels a spell on Nespirah. A circle of of abscesses will spawn around the bubble. Attack the abscesses to weaken the shield, and then finish him off.

My men are flagging, {name}. We won't last much longer against these naga, I'm afraid. With the Idra'kess' weapons, and Nespirah's pearls, we should be ready to bust out of here. Follow the wall to the southeast, and look for a ramp to the upper chamber. I assume their leader is in there, or perhaps the key to Nespirah's awakening. Hopefully both. If you feel strong enough, head up to the top of the shell and look for some answers.
