TheWoWDBQuest has just shown up on EU, Unfortunatly when you click the kelp you get "There is no loot" looks like its bugged at the moment.

There is one [item=168433] behind the quest giver. The zone on the map is around /way 42.83, 48.26 for Tomtom users. Down the road to the east for those not using Tomtom the same area you plug some of the vents for another world quest.
some dude on general said leave the quest area and go back in that fixed my problem even tho blizz should fix this its anoying

Description
There is a special kind of kelp that only grows near the vents. Our healers use these to help treat our friends in Newhome. My kind don't have much of a chance down there, but you do! Gather up some of the vent kelp sprouts in the Dragon's Teeth Basin and bring them to Nevin.
