SPOILER ALERT:
Yea so far everyone keeps referring to the precious cargo as an 'it'. Talk to Thrall and that will complete the objective. I spent forever looking for a glowing treasure chest or something before I realized THRALL was the rare find ^^

its on the first ship you land on. go under the captains area, down the stairs. you will fight a dude there, then you have to turn a corner to find the area. if you just walk into the area, you probably wont notice the dark corner. you gotta look for it.
In the below deck area (not the very bottom) in the "captain's cabin" area.

What to do
Description
They said that their "precious cargo", whatever that is, is being held out on the Alliance ship, the Vengeance Wake. There's only one thing to do... fly this thing out there and retrieve it!
