What to do

StorylineHow to Train Your Protegee, step 5 of 6
Rewards15g 49s, 5,900 XP

Description

Ah, you seek a recommendation from a Magister, do you? Very well... but first, you must prove your understanding of the arcane. Go to the nearby crystals we have for training, extract their energy, and channel it into this staff. Show me that you can harness the arcane, and I will see you worthy of my recommendation. Should you fail, don't bother returning. My time is too valuable for such trivial matters.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
