If you already picked up the quests from silvermoon ruins then the NPC Kelsey... wont give you the quest. I had to abandon the 3 other quests to enable me to pick this one up.
does anyone know if this quest is logged wrong ingame or with the wowhead profiler?
i remember doing this quest as well as the 2 prequest and the one follow quest, but still in my wowhead profile it says i haven't completed "Prospector Gunstan"
